The Finery is a mixed-use development consisting of three buildings in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. The 200,000-square-foot T3 building is timber construction designed for sustainability with LEED and WELL certifications. It features an entry-level lobby, 5,300 square foot retail space, and a parking garage, topped with five floors of Class A office space. The two additional buildings at The Finery feature office lofts and residences with outdoor terraces that overlook the plaza. The 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and dining, as well as public art on display, create a vibrant atmosphere for living and working. Residents and office tenants will enjoy additional amenities, including a fitness center, locker rooms, basketball court, and bike storage. CSDG collaborated with the project team to assist in the planning process and an integrated site design that included both on-site and off-site civil improvements, as well as permit assistance.
